Gearbox, as a key component in the field of machinery, is small but powerful.

 

It mainly realizes the conversion of speed and torque through the meshing transmission between gears. For example, in automobiles, the gear box can change the engine speed and torque according to the driving demand, so that the vehicle can start, accelerate or decelerate smoothly. In industrial production, large machinery and equipment rely on gearboxes to reasonably distribute and transmit power from a power source.

 

 

Gearboxes are made up of gears, shafts, bearings, and so on. Gears are the core, different gears with the decision ratio; shaft is responsible for the transmission of power; bearings to reduce friction.

Its manufacturing process requires strict requirements, precision, materials, heat treatment all affect the performance. Nowadays, with the advancement of science and technology, gearboxes are developing to high precision and light weight, and are becoming more and more important in new energy, aerospace and other fields, which are constantly promoting the innovation and change of the machinery industry.
